Fun afternoons every sunday starting 6/3, free carolina shag dance classes

When we designed the Barside we wanted it to be a locals as well as visitors fun and hangout place, one of our visions was to offer free dance classes and the first class will be this Sunday and every sunday to follow from 5-6 followed by dance party till ??
Please let us know if you are interested, we are trying to plan this to fit your best time on Sundays

We have about 20 guest signed up for this fun filled evening, No charge and it will only be first come (or reserve) first served we probably not taking more than 35 for our first night

Don't let the posted video intimidate you. These shaggers are pros shown dancing in a competition. That being said, they were once beginners...Unless you grew up dancing a rhythm shag, you started with beginner shag lessons...the basic steps! That's what we are offering...a beginner class to introduce you to the shag, the dance, the music, the fun. Come on out to Marie's on Sunday afternoons 5PM. Meet others who dance the Shag, the Bop, the East or West Coast Swing. We all dance to the same music. And the music is FAB!!! Join Us! Get off the couch and come dance with us!!! Great music, Great fun, Great Friends...

WANTED: SHAGGERS, BOPPERS, SWING DANCERS. If you live locally or are visiting/vacationing, we would love to have you come out on Sundays to Marie's Bistro & Barside at Blue Mountain Beach, starting 5 PM. Come enjoy the music. Great dance floor, bar, food, crowd! Meet some great people who enjoy dancing and see what it's all about!
