Looking for furnished or unfurnished 1+ BR for short or long term lease. My current landlord had planned to extend lease but just changed her mind when her daughter decided to move here. I have excellent references and am clean, quiet and an excellent tenant. I am looking for a blessing in someone who wants a good tenant but understands that I cannot pay a lot for rent (without roommate). Ideally, I'd like to be in Miramar Beach, but am open to other areas...
