Job Standards

  1. Primary Objectives


    • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
    • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent
    • Close buyer clients to contract offers


  1. Regular Work Activities


    • Driving buyer clients to show property
    • Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants
    • Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria


  1. Management Responsibilities


    • None, though a talented performer may move into a leadership position


  1. Key Skills


    • Happy, positive
    • People oriented
    • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in his/her car
    • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
    • Learning based
    • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
    • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed



Job Requirements
Experience, Training, and Education What prior work and life experience will help the person in this role succeed? (Education, industry-specific sales, administrative, management, customer-service)

  • Real estate license
  • Track record of success
  • Auto Insurance and Clean Driving Record
  • Must be familiar and knowledgable of the South Walton area
