Dog friendly, gulf front rentals in Seagrove for Oct

Hi, I'm having a tough time finding many options for gulf front rentals that will allow my dog. Some say under 25 or 30 lbs if they do allow dogs (which I don't really understand what difference weight makes), but we have a lab so he is well over 30 lbs. We are searching Seagrove only, for less than a week in mid-October, needs to be around or less than $250/night. If not gulf front, then we'd love a killer view of the gulf from a great balcony. Our incredibly sweet doggie is our family, he loves to be with us at all times and we are happy to oblige when we can! If anyone knows of any lenient owners, or homes not listed or advertised as pet-friendly on VRBO, trip advisor, garrett realty etc etc etc, please let me know because I'm pretty certain I've exhausted every rental site! Thanks!

This house is in my neighborhood and I know it is dog friendly... Have seen dogs there. Hope this helps. We have a dog also- I know how hard it can be to bring a family pet!
