    LTR wanted on 30A - october

    My husband and I are looking for a 1-2 bedroom condo for a 12 months lease starting october 1st. We would prefer furnished on 30 A area. We do have a small hypoallergenic dog (under 20 pounds). Thank you!

    I have a 3/2 home off 30A that is furnished that rents for $2100 a month furnished. It is located .3 miles from the beach in quiet residential neighborhood. It has been completely renovated and has new furniture and appliances. If interested please respond and I will send pictures.

    Thank you for your response. Unfortunately that is over our budget. I forgot to mention we were looking in the $800-$1200 price range.
