We have a large 1 bedroom (upstairs with a glimpse of the gulf) and 1 1/2 baths carriage house located in Dune Allen Beach. It is unfurnished, 1000 square feet, and has a small balcony upstairs off the bedroom. The kitchen with granite countertops is downstairs and has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with stand, countertop oven (which fits a 13x9 baking dish and 16 inch pizza), and a 2 burner hot plate. There is a washer/dryer hookup in the garage. Also, it's a short walk to the beautiful beaches.

The electricity, water, and sewer are included in the $1000/month rent. $1000 security deposit required.

NO PETS ALLOWED due to allergies. We prefer no smoking; however, if you do smoke, smoking will be outside at all times.

This rental is available September 1, 2012.
