I spent 5 days here solo, owners live in main house and are super nice but certainly gave me my space. The carriage house feels like a tree house, beachy colors, clean as a whistle, flat screen tv's, large bathroom for a 1/1. They offer use of their pool, hammock and grill and have bikes, chairs and an umbrella for renter's use. I would love to stay here again-like this fall!!!
