I am looking for someone to take my room through the end of December. I need to relocate for work. It is a two bedroom house on Redfish Circle, right next to the beach. The roommate is a relaxed 28 year old guy, works normal business hours and is very easy to get along with.

Rent is $400 and half of utilities. Available immediately. No pets or smokers.
