walton eoc poor report card

a wjhg television website article concerns walton county sheriffs emergency opertions center being one of only two out of 67 not cutting the mustard in florida. this came from an independent commission evaluation of each county eoc. sine taking office this sheriff closed a pefectly good eoc building off highway 90 and built a multi million dollar taxpayer paid eoc inside the sheriff deparment. complete with cost overuns oversaw by a former employee now candidate for countywide office. qualified personnel at the eoc run off and working other places like the tdc. poor report card grades this hurricane season. not feeling real good ain't we lucky walton county.

How do you expect anyone to ever take you seriously about your constant complaining about our sheriff (former employee with axe to grind is my guess), especially with improper grammar, run on sentences, lack of proper capitalization and punctuation, and made up words. You must first start by providing a link and/or text from the actual report.

I know that 6th grade is a tough one but let's not give up on achieving graduation.
