Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts

Someone told me they heard a rumor that Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts are coming to the Shops at Sandestin. Anyone hear the same?

I wouldn't be surprised to see Dunkin go into Walton County since they've now got stores in both Okaloosa and Bay.

I'd love to see Whole Foods down here, but at this point Tallahassee seems about as small of a region as they want to go, and I wouldn't be surprised if Publix has some sort of exclusivity agreement with Sandestin.
