Ok...I've had about enough of these bat turds I work with!!

I go out to buy fruit and healthy stuff and while I'm gone, they use my office to eat PIZZA and then leave the leftovers IN MY OFFICE, and don't even clean up their mess. Well, I just went OFF! I think they may not be speaking to me any time soon, but jeez!

Help, I need an intervention. I confessed to tootsie the other day that I had gained 8 lbs. in 2 weeks....so now I am confessing the world because I feel so guilty. I still have laid off the sugar, but damn I am eating everything else in sight. I was doing so, so good. I think these little setbacks help though to get you back on track. I am mortified so now more motivated I hope to get it off and get back to eating right. It does help to write this out and get it off of my chest...so, carry on all. Good luck to all of you. DD, you are inspiration, keep on going!!!!!

Awwwww Darlene! God luv ya! I've soooo been there myself! See daily report 8/15/06. But I have seen the err of my ways and am back on the path to righteousness, thanks to Lindabobhat --hallelujah!

Breakfast: N/A--trying not to buy groceries. No time to stop on the way to work.
Lunch: Bagel w/ little steak fajita strips, Strawberries, nectarine.
Snack: Brownie bites(Low fat, no sugar)
Dinner: wrap with remaining steak strips & veggies, nectarine.

Haven't walked yet. It's still 95 degrees. Will go when the sunn goes down.

Much better day today. Avoided co-workers with ill intentions.

Goals for today:

Walk this morning, since I'm already up, and before it gets too hot.
Water. A necessity now, since I live in the desert.
Healthy food. Loved the fruit yesterday. I'm thinkin' today is a watermelon day.
Walk again this evening.

ok yesterday was a good day. Day 3 of WW. For dinner I made a meatloaf that was really good and the best was the roasted veggies with balsamic vinegar.


Today.....work in yard...water water water....

I exercised! finally got on my new bicycle this morning, took a half hour spin around the neighborhood to get used to it. this is me almost running over kurt on his bike: but he stayed out of my way and didn't get flattened.


exercise is the key kids. I feel better already and feel more motivated to eat the right thing.

IBD: I want that meatloaf with mashed potatoes. but I'll refrain from the potatoes. I will make a meatloaf though - it sounds too good.

Breakfast: Fiber One (read cardboard) with low fat milk
Snack: Two fig newtons
Water: some, not enough
Lunch: roast beef sandwich with dijonnaise, tomatoes and only half the bread.

Dinner: sliced turkey, watermelon

Grilled chicken soft taco from Taco Bueno--this was a late afternoon snack after the Sonic sandwich just didn't quite do it.
Haven't had dinner...may not. Too busy.
Loaded and unloaded my truck with daugher's crap in heat of 105...does that count for some calories burned?

Will do my best to stay "somewhat" SoWell this week and not eat every fried item on every menu I see!

BUT, Cork and I did yoga this morning, so we aren't as bad as all of the other sowal luncheon wenches.

DD certainly did NOT exercise today nor shall she for several more days - she's kicking back and having a really relaxing vacation with her family. and gotothebeachmom decided to stay in sowal for a while longer...

Well, those horrible 8 lbs. are gone again!!! It was a real eye opening experience for me. Several of my friends and co-workers started this week bringing healthy lunches to work. We all go upstairs to a little break area and eat instead of going out to lunch everyday. We do allow ourselves one day a week to eat out, and today is the day. I am going to try and not blow what I have accomplished in the last 2 weeks. Good luck all!!!!
