Coastal Core Pilates & Wellness

I was in town visiting friends and I had always wanted to try Pilates. Lucky for me I found Coastal Core Pilates in Miramar Beach. I took 3 private sessions and just loved it. The instructor was very patient and took the time to explain things to me such as what the exercise was about and how to get the most out of the exercise. Not only did my body feel great I learned things about my body. I recomend to anyone who has been wanting to try Pilates to do it and Coastal Core Pilates is the place to go! I am now looking into Pilates studios in my home town.
