DIG (stands for Dig in Gulf) is a locally owned café style eatery serving up a coastal-inspired menu at The Market Shops in Miramar Beach, Florida.
Perfect for breakfast, lunch or early dinner, the menu features fresh salads, seafood, beef, chicken, sandwiches, pastries, and sides that are all extraordinary. Chef Brian's creations are guided by the fresh seafood and farm produce he can access from area farmers and fisherman. It all starts with the omelette of the day in the a.m. and on to fish, soups, salads and sandwiches of the day, including "take away" meals for your family.
Owners Monique and Chef Brian Murray are the dynamic duo behind DIG. They have worked together in restaurants since they were “just friends” and credit this longtime trust and symmetry to the smooth transition of opening their own place. Monique with her organizational prowess runs the front of house and Chef Brian's domain is the kitchen.
