Laissez les bons temps rouler!!! (Let the good times roll) this Super Bowl Weekend in Rosemary Beach, Florida. Rosemary Beach Foundation invites ladies to the 12th Annual Rosemary Beach Girls Getaway - February 2 - 5, 2017. This is a weekend for women to getaway, celebrate, and enjoy the beauty of South Walton. Held each year during Super Bowl weekend, this 4-day event is packed with fun, food, learning, and laughter for women. Proceeds from the 2017 event will benefit the Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast Family Birth Place Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) expansion.

Festivities:

The 2017 Girls Getaway benefits The Rosemary Beach Foundation and our charitable partner, the Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast Family Birth Place Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) expansion. The Family Birth Place now delivers over 1,200 babies per year and the new 10-bed Level II NICU will bring specialized care to our smallest patients. Construction on the new unit will begin in January 2017 with a projected opening in early 2018.

Rosemary Beach Foundation offers and supports community events, cultural programs, educational projects, and charitable activities. Annual programs are Girls Getaway, Music in Pictures, Rosemary Beach Unleashed, Walk Her Way, Fall Bocce and 30A Cornhole Tournaments. Through these efforts, Rosemary Beach Foundation has donated $500,000.

Rosemary Beach is a unique and picturesque beach town that brings an island  charm and style to the eastern end of South Walton. One of a handful of New Urban towns on Scenic 30A, it’s a place that’s meant to be experienced on foot or by bike. Its narrow streets and paths are begging to be explored.

Established in 1995, it’s name comes from the local Rosemary plants which grow among the sand dunes and along the trails in SoWal. Like the plant, Rosemary Beach has stand-out beauty, yet fits perfectly into the diverse South Walton community.
