Come out for an amazing evening of farm country fun and live music  at  Arnett's Gulfside Farm & Stables.  Doors open at 6:30pm and the performance is from 7-10pm in The Tack Room.  $10 Admission, $25 VIP - VIP seating includes 2 drink tickets.

Friday, Feb. 23rd: LIVE MUSIC featuring Ken Johnson, Phillip White & Andi Zack Johnson​:

Phillip White is a Alabama native that has spent the last 20 plus years writing songs for some of the biggest artists in the business. George Strait, Luke Bryan, Chris Ledoux, Vince Gill, Bonnie Tyler, Scotty McCreery, Darius Rucker, Wynonna, Reba, Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts, Jake Owen, Josh Turner and Neal McCoy are some of the artists that have recorded Phillip’s work. He most recently signed a new deal with Frank Rodgers new company Fluid Music Revolution and Spirit Music Publishing. 

From British Columbia, Canada, Singer/Songwriter Andi Zack-Johnson has written songs that have been recorded by artists such as Josh Thompson, Brothers Osborne, Danielle Peck, Etta Britt, Drew Gregory and others… Vince Gill recorded two of Andi’s songs with his daughter Jenny Gill for her debut album to be released in September of 2016. Andi has also released her own CD called “Love Party”. The unique new CD features 11 songs all written on the ukelele. The project was produced by 2 time Grammy winning producer Skidd Mills along with Aerosmith keyboardist, Buck Johnson. 

Ken Johnson’s songs have been recorded by many artists including Uncle Kracker, Tyler Farr, Billy Gibbons (ZZ TOP), Tim Montana and The Shrednecks, Harry Connick Jr., Butch Walker, Chris Janson, Craig Morgan, Joey and Rory, Clare Bowen and Buddy Miller, Josh Thompson, The Farm, Ty Stone, Josh Grider, Lisa Lambe of Celtic Women Group, Walt Wilkins, Wayne Newton, and Paul Sanders with Vince Gill among others… Past hits include Josh Thompson’s “Beer On The Table” and Craig Morgan’s “Still A Little Chicken Left On That Bone” and more recently, “You Dream I’ll Drive”, ”Summer and 16″ and “White Van” all of which reached the #1 spot with popular Texas artist Josh Grider. He has written multiple songs for television shows like ABC’s ”Nashville”, CMT’s “I Love Kellie Pickler” and CW’s hit show “Hart of Dixie”.

The Farm Fun evening and concert is a series of live music performances at our air-conditioned indoor venue "The Tack Room." A rustic, intimate live music space on a 20-acre horse farm located just one mile from the beach on Hwy 393 in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Take in the sights and sounds of one of the most beautiful locations in South Walton in Arnett's Farm and Stables. Meet Frank the Miniature Donkey and take a break from the beach in a pristine farm landscape just a 1/2 mile from the Gulf of Mexico.

Location: Tack Room at Arnett's Gulfside Ranch in Santa Rosa Beach. When you turn into Arnett's from Highway 393, go straight ahead and the Tack Room is the large green building straight ahead.

Arnett's Gulfside Ranch is located on County Hwy 393 South in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida just north of the Gulf of Mexico. The 20 acre horse ranch is a SoWal adventure offering trail rides, stables, events, parties, and camp ground adjoining the 13,800 acre Point Washington State Forest on Florida's Emerald Coast. The state forest includes miles and miles of open trails to enjoy.
