Artists for Animals at The Market Shops

Artists for Animals combines the visual and performing arts to raise funds for Sinfonia Gulf Coast and Alaqua Animal Refuge December 2 at The Market Shops.

Alaqua and Sinfonia, along with barber & gall promotions, have invited various local artists to create individual works of art in various mediums, whether it be painting, sculpture, jewelry, or more; while drawing inspiration from music, animals or both. 

These pieces of art will be auctioned off at the Artists for Animals event benefiting Sinfonia Gulf Coast and Alaqua Animal Refuge on December 2, 2015 at 5:30 pm at The Market Shops located at the entrance of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort . Browse and bid on various one of a kind pieces of art, as well as sample the fabulous fare and hear the music of Sinfonia Gulf Coast as they entertain guests with a special performance that evening.

Throughout the last few months, various local and regional artists were invited to create individual works of art in various mediums, while drawing inspiration from animals and music. Over 35 fabulous pieces of art will be auctioned off at the Artists for Animals event. Attendees will not only be able to browse and bid on various one of a kind pieces of art, but also sample the fabulous fare at "chow" stations, such as Roux 30a, Bijoux, DIG, and desserts by Smallcakes; all while enjoying cocktails, tastings from Timber Creek Distillery, pourings from Grayton Beer Company, and live entertainment. Attendees will also enjoy walking the red carPET and the fabulous photo booth provided by Smile Ya’ll. Pets are welcome at the event and several merchants will offer, “treats,” to the furry attendees.
