The 15th annual Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic takes place June 21-25, 2017. Timed to coincide with the peak of the Gulf Coast’s blue marlin season, and located at the South’s number-one ranked resort destination, the Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort sets the new precedent for world-class sportfishing tournaments.

The Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic at Sandestin is Northwest Florida’s most successful entry into world-class sport-fishing tournaments. The tournament remains one of the richest on the Gulf Coast attracting major players from across the globe. 2016 saw several broken tournament records with the most impressive being the new tournament record prize purse, and Gulf Coast record, which sat just north of $1.95 million.
