Havana Beach Executive Chef Matt Moore and his team invite you to enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by guest chef, Nelson Millan, Executive Chef of the San Antonio Country Club, on Friday Sept. 11 at 6 pm at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach. Chef Millan will bring his Latin and Caribbean flare perfectly paired with Latin cocktails by Heath Porter, five star Sommelier from UVoggio Wine Bar in Miami.
