Pallet Project is only one opportunity of several in Walton County Habitat's Women Build Week, an annual weeklong event that brings women together to build, empower, and uplift one another to positively impact the lives of families in Walton County.
Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat for Humanity of Walton County, Florida was founded in 1996. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.
Operating as a nonprofit under Habitat for Humanity of Walton County, proceeds from the ReStore go toward their mission of eliminating substandard housing. The ReStore provides access to lower-cost building materials and household goods to the community, fulfills the responsibility to the environment by keeping quality goods out of the landfill, and generates funds to build more Habitat houses in Walton County.
Shop, donate, or volunteer to make a difference in the lives of local families!
