The Northwest Florida Theatre Festival, a South Walton Art Week Event, is an inclusive and creative celebration of a community of artists embracing what makes us the same and what makes us unique. Hosted by Emerald Coast Theatre Company at 560 Grand Boulevard, Upstairs, May 16-20, 2018, at various times, unjuried and uncensored. Show Times:
Wednesday - Friday between 6pm and 8:30pm
Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 8:30pm
(More showtimes will be added if needed, may include Monday and Tuesday May 14 and 15)

Unjuried:  Anyone can apply.  
Uncensored:  Artists control 100% of their content. 

Application Deadline: April 9, 2018 -- Groups are encouraged to register early to be included in marketing collateral

Application Fees (per production):
All Productions: $50
A $50 per production application fee includes All Festival Participant Passes for up to 5 participants. Groups with over 5 will need to acquire additional passes at a $20 each fee.  Participant Passes are non-transferrable. 

Participant Passes:
Participant Passes allows for free admission to any show of the Festival.  We encourage participants to make time to see other groups shows and promote the community support of the Festival.  These passes are owned by the Festival and cannot be transferred to anyone other than the participant they are assigned to.  Participants will be asked to hand in their pass if any violation of this policy occurs. 

Tickets:
Groups will choose their own ticket price:  $15, $20, or $25.  Every ticket price will include a $2 venue fee.  The remainder of the ticket price will split 60/40 between the Festival and the Group.  60% going to cover the festival expenses and 40% returned to the group.  For example, a $20 ticket would entail a 60/40 split of $18 ($20 - $2 venue fee).  

$100 for an All Access Festival Pass and includes a Festival Lanyard
(The funds from the All Access Festival Pass will be split 60/40, 60% to cover festival expenses and 40% distributed evenly to all performing groups.)

Art Week South Walton is an initiative of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County with the purpose to bring communities, organizations and businesses together to present quality arts and entertainment to the community. Spanning at least ten days, Art Week will feature visual, performing and literary arts programming in diverse formats and in various venues throughout South Walton.

Emerald Coast Theatre Company is registered with the State of Florida as a non profit. Their purpose is to inspire, educate, and empower the community and artists of all ages to achieve the highest level of cultural excellence through collaboration, productions, and educational programs that promote lifelong learning and provide excellent, professional entertainment in the Emerald Coast Community.

Grand Boulevard’s Coastal Culture program presents an exciting variety of entertainment and events this season. Live performances by Northwest Florida Ballet and Emerald Coast Theatre Company highlight the Town Center offerings for fall. The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market takes place in Grand Park on Saturdays year round (9am-1pm). 

Many of South Walton's beloved cultural events are taking place at Grand Boulevard: 30A Songwriters Festival, ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival, Best of the Emerald Coast, Northwest Florida Ballet, Festival of Trees, and Emerald Coast Theater Company performances. These events are presented as part of the Coastal Culture Series made possible by the Grand Boulevard Arts & Entertainment Program.  

Grand Boulevard is located near the entrance to Sandestin. The lifestyle center features exclusive shops, fine dining, lush green space, and contemporary accommodations.
