Seaside Prize Symposium in Seaside
Each year the Seaside Institute awards the Seaside Prize to individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions to the quality and character of our communities. The Governors, Directors, Fellows, and Staff of The Seaside Institute are proud to announce Senator Bob Graham as the 2013 Seaside Prize Recipient. This event is free and open to the public.
4:00pm - Welcome and purpose for the symposium: Robert Davis, founder,Seaside.
4:15pm - Panel presentations: Jim Murley, moderator, DCA Secretary and Trust member.
4:30pm - Setting the stage: Bob Rhodes, Jacksonville attorney and former executive vice president of the St. Joe Company:

The Seaside Prize ceremony, honoring Senator Graham, will be held at the Seaside Chapel on February 2 at 5:00pm.
Following this prestigious ceremony will be a special Seaside Prize reception and dinner that will be held at 115 Seaside Avenue at approximately 7:00pm. The cost is $80, which includes wine and passed hors d'oeuvres. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased by visiting http://seasideprize2013.eventbrite.com/.
Past recipients include Scott Merrill in November of 2011, a nationally recognized architect with local ties to the place where the Seaside Prize originated and Dhiru Thadani in January of 2011, a renowned architect and urbanist.
