Seaside School Half Marathon & 5K

Seaside Half Marathon and 5K Run will have lots of fun activities throughout the weekend, starting on Friday, March 1, 2013. The 2013 race registration will open on Wednesday, September 5 at 9:00am, CST through active.com. Proceeds benefit the Seaside School Inc., a public charter school in Walton County, Florida. Race fees are $105 for the half marathon, and for the 5k - $80 for adults and $50 for children ages 6-13, through November 14.

For those who have participated before -- you know the fee has included a gift from Vera Bradley, a moisture wicking technical shirt, a race packet with lots of goodies, and a free meal and beer provided by Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q following the race, with awesome live music.

Race events kick off on Friday, March 1, 2013 with an intimate evening, ticketed event at the Caliza Pool at Alys Beach, and go through the weekend with the race on Sunday, March 3.
