Sinfonia Gulf Coast presents Brothers in Arts: 70 Years of Liberty at Emerald Coast Convention Center NOV 1 at 7:30pm. Co-composed by American Chris Brubeck and Frenchman Guillaume Saint-James, this piece brings together two continents and the world of jazz and symphonic music. 
A joint commission by the Orchestra of Bretagne, the French Ministry of Culture, Sinfonia Gulf Coast and the Oakland East Bay Symphony, the piece features jazz band with orchestra, melding the musical ideas of two countries to commemorate the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
The Co-Commission and U.S. Premiere of Brothers in Arts: 70 Years of Liberty, was generously underwritten by a grant to Sinfonia Gulf Coast, Demetrius Fuller, Music & Artistic Director, from the Dugas Family Foundation.
