SWCC Welcomes Director of Biophilia Center at Public Forum
The South Walton Community Council welcomes guest speaker, Paul Arthur, Director of E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center for the Public Forum Series April 25 at 7pm. The forum will take place at the Walton County Coastal Branch Library in Santa Rosa Beach.
The Biophilia Center is an environmental education facility located on 51,000 acres of conservation lands in Freeport, known as Nokuse Plantation.
Paul will discuss his role as Director of the Center and the mission to educate students and visitors on the importance of biodiversity, to promote sustainability, and to encourage conservation, preservation and restoration of ecosystems. Following his presentation, Paul will take questions from the audience.
This forum is open to the public and free of charge.
