Dive head first into the class that covers everything under the sea! Discover various methods of working with seafood and emerge with the ability to confidently tackle any fish. Learn the best methods for steaming mussels or clams, how to break down a whole fish and how to get the perfect sear on a scallop. Then discuss how to bring it all together in various forms. Enjoy Ceviche prepared on site.
Arrive on time and wear comfortable shoes- as you will be on your feet most of the night. All events are held in the Hemingway Room at The Pearl.
