The Art of Entertaining: The Perfect Cocktail Party- Mixology
May 30 | 2 – 5 p.m. | $35* per person
Let us show you what mixology is all about. We’ve teamed up our local mixologist, Food & Beverage Director John Ryckert and our Executive Chef Matt Moore, who will show you how to wow a crowd with cocktails & small plates. We’ll guide you through the techniques of mixology and how to translate a recipe from a single cocktail into a large batch. Chef Moore will be busy showing you how to prepare a variety of small plates and discuss balancing flavors and how to train your palate. Spend the evening sampling cocktails and enjoying several small plates.
Arrive on time and wear comfortable shoes as you will be on your feet most of the night. All events are held in the Hemingway Room at The Pearl.
