Date Night Sushi Cooking Lesson & Sake Tasting with Chef Jeremy Williamson
February 12 | 5 – 7 p.m. | $35* per person
Enjoy a hands-on lesson as a couple to the fine art of sushi making. Sushi may be simple, but when easy technique meets beautiful presentation, you’ve got an occasion on your hands. Savor fresh flavors in a class that guides you through fish and ingredient selection, the preparation of perfect sushi rice, and simple sushi rolls, as well as sampling a selection of sakes.
Arrive on time and wear comfortable shoes- as you will be on your feet most of the night. All events are held in the Hemmingway Room at The Pearl.
