Last month we were treated to some traditional New Orleans favorites. This month we're celebrating Mardi Gras (March 4th) with some traditional "parade" food. Chef Mongogna will make some too good to be true New Orleans style Fried Chicken, Jambalaya and the best King Cake you've ever tasted!

The Cuvee Catering Center, home to our school boasts a state of the art teaching kitchen and outdoor poolside grill.
Classes are demonstration and two hours in length unless otherwise stated and are instructed by our talented, generous local chefs as well as touring chefs and cookbook authors.
Advance reservations are required. Seating is first come-first serve and opens 30 minutes prior to the class start time. You'll get a copy of the recipes and a sample of each dish. Portions vary but in most cases the sampling will constitute a meal. Bottled water and coffee are complimentary and a wine list offers wines by the glass or bottle at reasonable prices. No outside beverages are allowed.
