We are considering a move to the area from Virginia and are hoping to rent a furnished home for 4-5 (maybe even 6) months beginning in January to allow us time to get situated and determine a more long term option.
We would prefer a house, but are okay with a condo as well....preference is for South of Hwy 98. We would like at least 3 bedrooms (or 2 bedrooms and a space that could be used as office space) and 2 full bathrooms (could probably live with 1 bathroom as long as it has a tub). It would be me, my husband, and our 3 (almost 4) year old son. We DO NOT have pets.
Looking for a monthly rate as opposed to a vacation rental (weekly) rate.
