Baytowne Provisions

This past summer Baytowne Melt rebranded and grew to Baytowne Provisions, moving into their marina facing location and expanded their menu. Baytowne Provisions offers a beautiful Marina view, as well as a market with local goods and sundries. Under the talent and vision of local chef Jim Shirley, whose success stories compound, along with his partner, Kelli Castille, Baytowne Provisions is unique!

The restaurant is open from 8am til 9pm serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is a beautiful and comfortable place to eat, drink and relax in Sandestin. The views of the bay and marina are outstanding from the decks.

For dinner, Baytowne Provisions evolves into a full service restaurant with table service starting at 4pm daily. Seating is available in both dining areas upstairs and down! In peak season, both bars are open and in shoulder season, only the downstairs bar. Coming soon is happy hour, 3p to 6p, with half-priced mixed drinks or a dollar off wine and beer.

Breakfast items include breakfast biscuits, breakfast bowls, breakfast platter, french toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, avacado taost and lots of sides including mimosas and bloody marys.

Lunch menu includes melt sandwiches, cold sandwiches such as chicken salad on white or wheat, burgers, seafood baskets, salads, and poboys.

Dinner menu has appetiers such as blue crab claws and crab martini, and gumbo. Entrees include Provisions Shrimp and Grits, Seafood Platter, ribeye, crab cakes and more. Salads, burgers and poboys and great southern sides are also on the menu.

The famous paella from Chef Jim Shirley's 45 Central wine bar in Seaside is made on site at Baytowne Provisions on Thursdays and served around 6:30pm.

The market is open daily from 8am until 9pm close.
