its amazing that with the cost of tickets these days volunteers are still needed.. makes you go hmmmmmm. i remember when tickets were $50 and the festival was twice the size and actually went into sunday afternoon. but, than again i remember when there was parking in seaside too. oh the good...

without going into specifics, building will always be the best bang for your buck. in fact, cost plus is a win win for both the owner and builder. it also allows the owner to make his/her own personal touches to the project. that said, i never thought id see such desperatism in the residential...

recommend crooked island or the intercoastal west of destin. the intercoastal that way has many islands where you can camp. no actual camp grounds though. not much into those.....

actually, andrews is larger. but, at the rate we're building at eglin things may very well change in the very near future. been looking at billions of dollars of work on all three panhandle bases with eglin having the bulk of that growth. its amazing how much is going on there. i have a room...

could either be the military or private land investmentors. when our market was booming there were planes daily doing ariel viewing and gps graphing. st joe was one of them. flying at night though wouldnt make much sense so i say its likely the air force
