I have an idea to build a 2 story screen porch on one of our homes in SoWal . I have talked with one contractor and had to get out the defibrillator , ( 75k for a porch !!! ) Granted if is definitely more than just a porch but , Damn ?!?!?! Any help or recommendations are always welcome .
