    Not sure whether names would be released anyway if it is juveniles who are arrested. I think names are usually left off in arrest reports of minors.

    The last I heard there were still plans to develop the Eastern Lake outfall property as a public beach access and workshops were going to be held to take public input on what people would like to see. I believe beachgoers are using the property as it is, though.

    The Highway Patrol report said the driver was from Illinois and he was driving fast along CR-83 in "inclement weather," he said he fell asleep and the car hit the wooden beach access walkway and then traveled down the slope onto the beach.
