There is an app called fish rules that my husband uses. It has a picture of the fish and all the legality of keeping or throwing back.

We always go to the State Parks when we want to go to the beach once summer hits. We live on the west end, and it doesn't get nearly as crowded as the other end.

A long term rental could be furnished or unfurnished. Call some realty companies too. They will sometimes manage LTR. If you want unfurnished, be sure to specify that. Good luck finding one!
