I would advise not to wait to long to find a place. Rental’s for just 3 months during peak season can be hard to find. Owners make more money renting per week. I would not wait. Come April once college is out will be to late. Good Luck. ☀️

I would agree with marmont's answer. Finding a builder is one thing but finding subs to do the work is another. The market here is very different and if your considering building I would do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. Even the big box builders are taking over a year to complete...

Audubon point in point Washington. All full time and more than 60% have kids. Hands down the best community out here!

I live in pt wash, nothing like a tiny home would be allowed in an HOA neighborhood. I know of some older smaller homes/cottages but not aware of anything like tiny house nation. I would imagine you would need to secure the property hire and architect to draw plans and submit your plans to...
