My question wasn't clear. If the bicycle is in the bike lane/sidewalk...does the law allow the bicycle to proceed without stopping when they come to the flashing red light on 30-A at 395? I'm not gonna run over any one, I'd just like to know the law.

Can someone clarify? Are bicyclists required by law to observe stop signs...such as at the intersection of 395 and 30-A...or can that breeze on through where there's a white striped pedistrian area?

Very new, very nice. Only negative is that you have to cross Hwy 30-A to get to the beach, but there is a shuttle service.

'Be darned....I'm missing that 'spirit' thing. Lots of folks have walked through my property to get to the beach...but I've never been offered a "hello", "thank you" or "kiss my fanny"...much less any fresh fish.

An argument can be made for turning back the clock at least 12 to 15 months...find comparable sales during this time period...for an idea of what 'good value' might be today. For 'deals'...maybe 18 months or more.

Re: carpet cleaning...I had a very good experience with Chem Dry of the Beaches...850 862-6902. I was not there when they did the work...but they did a great job...even removing some stains I thought were hopeless.

It's expensive to heat a pool in the winter, plus the hassle and expense of who's going to turn it on, off, etc. Get at least $200 per week. Mediacom was just very unreliable. Dropped out all the time. Perhaps they've improved in recent months. Sprint has been very reliable...and speed is quite good, too.

For those of you who gave up carpet cleaning at age 50...I had a very good experience today with the local Chem Dry operator. Had a bunch of what turned out to be tar of some sort...on the carpets...they got it all out. Their number is 850 862-6902.
