From May 24 through August 10, SCDC will be moving employee parking off-site to the vacant lot at 283 near 30-A (former Grayton Grand site). A shuttle will run 8am-1am for employees. Thus, 115 spaces are being freed up. Poof, there's the magic bullet!

Well-stated. I'm not buying that Walton County or FDOT did any recent traffic study in that area before putting up the 25mph signs.

Today a well-known charity had their buckets out at two of the 30-A intersections we crossed. They quite clearly had volunteers standing in the middle of the road, not on the side. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that Walton County permit say they must stand on the side of the road...
