Did you not see the millions of signs that where up? :shock: I think that the Seaside 1/2 is a great race and a great way for the Seaside school to raise money. It brings tons of people into the area from all over. The bus thing was ok - and it would have been nice if the clock was...

this morning running. I was crossing 395 heading east on the crosswalk. In the middle of the crossing when an old jeep cherokee pulled up. He did not look either way and pretty much 'gunned it' after rocking out a rolling stop. It was about 6:30 this morning so it was not dark out at all...

Yes - the Boat Yard off of Thomas Drive by Captian Anderson's is excellent. So is Andy's Flower Power! I would just suggest to go to the 'local' places and stay away from the chains :) You can get that stuff anywhere! But I heard there is an EXCELLENT burger place in Pier Park called...

Sorry - it was a cat. Possibly a wild one. I spotted it on the south side of 30-A across the street from Yellowfin. Right by the cross walk. I did not see a collar - but then again I did not look that close. w3atlsu - hope you find your dog (if it's yours that you are looking for)...

It was not all that fun this morning when some random guy in a truck made me get off 30-A (I was heading west) and made me (as well as about 15 other drivers) pull off into that gravel parking lot just past the Baptist Church where those old storage units used to be. I really didn't mind, just...

Go back. The place is great. The food is amazing. AND they have a happy hour!! (which is almost unheard of on 30A!!)

I his bike yesterday at the beach access by my house - and I saw him as well. There was a license plate on his bike stating about how he was riding backwards for hiv/aids awareness. I wonder how far he is going?

Supermom: 8K race =5 miles. I did pretty good - went about 8 min miles :) Placed 2nd in my age group! So - I did the course today. Got out about 7am and glad I did! It was hot out!! :) But it felt good!

Sorry Supermom! I did an 8K this morning in Destin. The weather was amazing. I'm thinking of attacking 12 tomorrow - hopefully the weather will be just as nice!!!

Beer at the end is always good :) 5 today - probably 3 tomorrow then an 8K race on Saturday :) But I don't think this one will have beer at the end. Happy training!

Lucky! I would love to do the Mercedes run this weekend! Isn't it up in Birmingham? I'm sure the race is going to be amazing with tons of goodies :) That is the best part of the race - a cool shirt and a bag full of free stuff. Oh yeah - beer and the end is nice as well.

No running for me today - off day. But had an amazing yoga session :) 5 tomorrow morning.

I tried Nike's once to check out that Nike+ - but I had nothing but blisters on my feet after the FIRST run!! So I tooke them back and went back to my old faithfuls :) 4.2 miles today - nice and stretched out. It felt good because the weather was AMAZING!! :) Hope everyone had a great...

Supermom! Congrats on the great run! That is my plan next weekend to run the course. So - I ran a 15K in Pensacola this morning. It felt great! I beat my goal by a good 15 min :) So on my way back - I stopped and got a pedicure :)

supermom! Congrats on the long run! I rocked out 11 yesterday - and then went to yoga. Nice way to start off my day :) Let me know if you want to get together on Sunday - I have a pretty good 12 mile loop that I'll be hopefully doing on Sunday. Saturday is the Pensacola 15K double bridge...

Too cold to run at 5am this morning! So I did four on the treadmill at the gym. Not sure about this weekend - probably 5 tomorrow and 10 on Sunday :)

HI! I'm here!! Lifted on monday/5 on tuesdsay/OFFFF yesterday/3 miles and lifted today. I ran on the treadmill at the gym today. blah. no good. I couldn't run until dark and didn't want to get caught in the COLD rain! HAPPY RUNNING!!!!

The sad thing was - was that I had not even made it on 30-A yet! I was on the road that I live on! I can run on monday - either before work (6am ish) or at noon. Yoga after work :) Let me know!
