I totally get why someone may be hesitant to rent to a group for a party.....I would. Afterall, they don't know you or what your values are. I am sure many homeowners have gotten burned in the past, so you have to understand their hesitation. Good luck on your wedding...it sound like it will be...

Seacrest subdivision might be ideal! It is next to Rosemary. You can easily walk there or ride bikes. There is a tram that will pick you up at your door and shuttle you across 30A to the beach! The pool at Seacrest is 12,000 sf!!!! It's huge!

Rosemary is easy to navigate both on foot and by bike! You can rent bikes and it is so fun to explore the area! There is a lighted crossing in Rosemary....easy to cross. Most folks are milling around on foot/bike. You would be fine staying on the north side of 30A. That's what I would do...

Rosemary has so many family activities! I think it would be ideal for your family! Can't imagine you would ever feel out of place.....everyone is so relaxed, friendly and happy!

I LOVE Gravel Road! Hubby has had the fish fry before....he thought is was fine. Not great, just fine. However, they have a steak that he says is the best he has eaten...ever. I have always had a great experience at Gravel Road!

There are usually kid friendly activities in Rosemary Beach and Seaside.....a great place to meet and greet!

Seaside Grill (Old Destin Chops 30A location) They have the most incredible sushi chef...and great happy hour specials! I ALWAYS do sushi there!!!!
