this looks like an incentive to buy methane to offset the natural gas they burn to create power. I want wind power options. I want to have my windmill serve my power needs and sell any extra back to chelco and my neighbors but I dont think they will make it easy at all

they may say they support renewables but do they give use any incentive? no they make it more difficult to put in renewables. Im sure they have some special requirements for protection equiptment to protect the grid that will make it almost impossible to upgrade to wind power. They dont want it...
