You can get pizza from Bruno's located in Watersound and CK's Feed and Supply in Rosemary Beach has prepared refrigerated and frozen meals you can bake at your house.

I have not been to the new Thai place but I have been to Oishi in it's new location and don't think the food is as good. Several of us have been to the old and new Oishi and all agree the food is not as good. Not sure if they have gotten too big or what the deal is. I'm going to try the new one...

The Havana Grill bar and restaurant are open. I think the hotel is opening in the next week or so and the rooftop bar is supposed to open in mid September. We had a tour of the place last weekend and it's really nice. Bar is beautiful. Had a great mojito there.

Gotten shrimp from both Buddy's and Goatfeathers in Seagrove and we think Goatfeathers is much better.

I have noticed a lot more golf carts on 30A this summer. More than in years past. It is very annoying when the golf carts can't do the speed limit. We aren't all on vacation here. Some of us are trying to get to work, appointments, etc. OK now I've vented too!

We love Bow Wow and go there for our pet needs. John is great. Very knowledgeable. Love to support our local businesses!

We love Thirty-A too! Food is always great. One of our faves to bring out of towners.

Whiskey Bravo has priced themselves out of our budget for casual dinners. Wonder if anything will change after the summer season as far as prices or specials for locals that keep these places in business after vacationers go home.

I noticed last week at the concert that they had an area roped off on the grass in front of the stage. I don't remember this from previous years. Is the area roped off for people renting in Seaside?

Thanks for all the advice. These guys are brutal. I don't know if they are worse this year, but this is the first time in the three years we have lived here full time that this has happened.

I have now gotten two yellow fly bites in the last week. I must be allergic to these bugs. First I was bit on my ankle and my whole foot was swollen for several days and just when that bite cleared up I was bitten yesterday on my calf. These bites are itchy and my leg is swollen and it's real...

Andante condos in Seacrest have big signs on the beach stating the area in front of the condos is private. They also have hired someone to chase people off the beach there. I would love to know if this is actually legal or not.

We started using Seacrest as our mailing address too. I have heard from others that the post office doesn't like it, but we are getting our mail.

It's confusing because we live in Seacrest but have a PCB mailing address.

This is great news! Seaside can get real crowded in the summer and since I live closer to Rosemary I'm looking foward to the Farmers Market there.

I hear ya. We live here full time and in the summer have to be strategic about when to go to the grocery store, etc. We will probably try before Memoria Day when the summer season starts and we hunker down.

I hope they are successful too. Will have to check them out. Will report back when we do.
