Does anyone have information about a traffic accident on 331 north of Freeport today? LifeSaver helicopter was on the scene and traffic was stopped for quite some time.

The Beach Club never seemed to be the right project for the Seagrove Villas property. Sometimes things have a way of working out.

The Villas have sent notices to renters that they will be operating as they are presently until august, 2008.

I just wish that the project would not include the destruction of the Seagrove Villas Motel. It should be a historical landmark. Eventually there will be nothing left of Old Seagrove, thus removing most of its charm.

What do you think will happen to the Nature Walk property now?

Is there any definite news yet concerning the current status of Nature Walk? I own property in Seagrove and try to keep up with what is happening there even though I spend most of my time in Birmingham.

I agree that it is small scale, but I am concerned about the added traffic at the intersection of 30-A and 395. I understood that the meeting was to address the concerns of area property owners. Maybe the meeting did not take place. I am not in Seagrove fulltime, so I could not attend.

Does anyone know the results of a meeting regarding Downtown Seagrove that supposedly took place earlier this week?

We love going to the Market and talking to Mr. Modica. Even though he does not know us personally, it is always like talking to an old friend. He is definitely part of the 30-A experience. Our prayers are with him!!!

Walton Dunes is right beside Deer Lake State Park, one of the most beautiful areas on 30-A. You would be a very short walk from a private beach there.

I used to own one. Some have been updated and some have not. The insulation is not good and you can easily hear noise from above and beside you. It is an easy walk to the beach from all of the condos and they are well maintained.

What kind of camera did you use? Digital? Absolutely beautiful!!!

There is at least one really good deal in Grove by the Sea at this time. Have you discovered that neighborhood? It is in a great location with the beach being a very short walk or bikeride away. Turn north on Andalusia Ave, less than one mile east of Seaside.

I have a home in a nonresort area of Seagrove. I do not want the area to be known as trendy with people flocking to vacation here. I bought here because I enjoy the uncrowded, natural beauty of the area. Growth is inevitable, but I wince at every new development.

Where is Sunrise Beach?

The beach is public up to the high water mark. In our case, that would be to the dunes, wouldn't it. :clap_1:

You might try Beachside Villas which is right behind Sugar Dunes. They do have beach access which is hard to find right now in Seagrove. Call Garrett Realty if interested. Also, the Dunes of Seagrove would be another possibility. It is managed by Resort Quest. It is gulf front, right beside...

Seaside does have security posted at the access behind Roly Poly and will only let owners and renters use this access. It seems to me that this is a time when we all should pull together and share rather than be a stingy gut. Even though I do not reside in Seaside, I own a home nearby and...
