    Yes it is a great place. I am the one who replaced Scott when he moved to Wakulla. The mailing address is Niceville, but you are right it is off of HWY 20 on County Line Road. It is between Niceville and Freeport. There is a sign on HWY 20 but you need to be looking for it on County line.
