I use a whey protein isolate powder made by Biotics, with 1 cup of almond milk and frozen strawberries. It works out to about 150 calories, is good and keeps me going until lunch.

Yep, it's African Iris. We have a bunch of these at the place in Sowal, but apparently I need to give them some food to look like Bob's.

From what I have read, it's only a problem if the concrete has moisture problems like in basements where the concrete was poured without a moisture barrier. Someone said to test it you can put a sheet of plastic over the concrete for a day or so to see if moisture is being released.

IMO Inlet Beach is one of the nicest of the beaches around. Not sure if that means much since they're all so beautiful, but Inlet's beaches are wide, lot's of sand, beautiful sand. You'll love it.
