Hello, We are a local NON SMOKING family of 5 who needs a 1 yr lease for a well maintained 3 or 4 bedroom home for $2,600 or less. We have lived here the last 10 years and have an established business. We have rented the same unit for the last six years and was going to move to Houston but our house is now under 5 feet of water. So we have decided stay one more year to let Houston recover before attempting to move again. We cannot stay in our unit long term as we have already given notice and the owners have started with the selling process. We currently have an 8 lb multipoo that does not shed, is crate trained, and not allowed into carpeted areas. We can put down a non refundable pet deposit. We only want tile or hardwoods on the first floor living area as we also have a 3 yr old and want to safeguard the unit in-case of any spills. We have a cleaning company that has cleaned our house weekly the last year and will continue to do so in our new accommodations.
