I am a military professional with a family looking to relocate to the 30A area. We have a well-trained Chocolate lab who is an indoor pet that does not chew, dig or bark (he's too human for that stuff!) We are rental property owners ourselves but our homes are out of the area so we know well the importance of caring for a home. I have several professional references to include past rental history as well. Something with a neighborhood pool or walk/bike to beach preferred and maybe a small yard for lounging around in with the kids. We can move anytime with a 30 day notice.
