Buddy's Seafood Market and Grocery, Kayak Rental, Bicycle Rental, Old Florida Fish House, Steamboat Grill and Eastern Lake are all a 5 min walk from the front door. The Home is located on a quiet street lined with mature trees and is 5 lots/3 homes North of 30A. Our home features, Master Bedroom with Large walk-in closet and private bathroom, Large living room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings, new carpeting, interior of home repainted, large back deck, outdoor beach shower off of back deck, 250 sq foot storage shed that is lighted and has electrical (we have a few items in shed) for beach gear, bicycles personal storage, Back yard, Backyard Privacy fence being constructed within the next month. A public storage facility is located within 1/2 mile of the home if additional storage is needed.
Home is available for rental 10/1/17. Rent is $2300/Month plus utilities (electric, water, cable, internet). We pay lawn mowing service. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. A one time per year $400 cleaning fee is charged for pet.
