Advanced Home Solutions is a Contractor that specializes in storm damage related claims for Florida homeowners. For years, we have been helping Florida homeowners with all their roofing, exterior & interior home improvement needs.
As an Account Manager, you will use your sales skills to generate leads, maintain existing accounts and develop new clientele. You will help customers with the damage to their home from the roof to the interior through the entire replacement process from start to finish on a daily basis. Advanced Home Solutions provides all sales training needed to be successful while offering a competitive compensation package. This is a recession proof industry with endless opportunities. The position is geared towards outgoing aggressive sales professional who will accept no less than a six-figure first year income.
Responsibilities
•Generate leads with potential residential customers
•Offering prospective customers a no-cost, no-obligation home inspections
•Conducting expert roof and interior inspections, including taking photographs of specific areas of damage.
•Confer with prospective customers.
•Maintaining customer information in company database
•Adhering to all AHS company policies
•Self-motivated and strong sense of ownership for projects
•Must be detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.

•Ability to work in various weather conditions
