I am relocating soon and I am needing a place! Long term or month to month is fine - depending on the situation. Partially furnished is helpful. Mother's quarters/guest house can be great too. I am open to roommates too.

I am also an artist/writer. I just finished an ebook - fiction. I am laid back/ fun to be around and also responsible. I am a young-ish professional. I enjoy working out, hanging out with friends, museums, some sports - tennis/swimming...

My level of cleanliness is best described as clean. I do not have any pets, but maybe a plant.

I am into green living as in green household cleaners and I try to eat more organic/natural.

I am also looking for art/retail space as well - and a gallery to represent my art.
