Anyone know the likelihood of Emerald Coast Associates receiving approval to build a 4 story 12 unit condominium on the 3 acre lot referred to as the "angelos project" south of San Roy and west of beachside drive? Also the sight of a beautiful 30 foot dune! Lot is 19-3S18-16080-000-0162 and the project number is 17-00100035.
